How can I change the mesh size of a plane created in Unity?
When I create a plane it comes out 10x10 (100 polygon plane) w/ no option to change that to say 50x50 (2500 polygon plane). I assume there's an easy way of doing this but haven't found one. I can import a plane from 3ds max each time but that's a pain to do everytime for something seemingly pedestrian.

I made a script a bit back to do exactly that:

It lets you set a width, height, and the amount of polys for both
Works great! Thanks. Would you $$anonymous$$d if I ask a few more questions about it?
Thanks! that's a nifty script! $$anonymous$$udos my friend
$$anonymous$$ike,
After creating the script and trying to run it (latest/greatest Unity 4), it crashes and asks me to fill out a bug error report. Are there any changes needed to the script to work in the newer Unity?
Thank you!
