How Do you import animations from blender?
I have been trying to import a simple animation I made in blender with one action, but when I save it in the assets folder and it appears in the project panel the animation is not with it. What could be causing this?
did you parent your object with an armature? Unity imports only armature animations from blender.
no, what if its just a simple animation that doesn't need bones?
in that case you should code the animation in unity. Or, again, make an armature for the object and make the animation in blender.

Unity ONLY imports Armature animations from blender.
In case of simple amimations you can code in unity, still if that is not what you will, then your only option is parenting an armature to your mesh and animate the bones.
