skinned cloth and time scale

Hi i have this problem when i set time scale to 0 , with skinned cloth and the head look controller script from unity here is the web player ive made to show you , better than trying to explain it . also i have tryed looking and searching with no result , ive posted this before with no answer from unity or any one from the community too . im looking for any suggestion to solve this or explining why its happening ? PS : im using playmaker to make my game .

try to make the player look to the side and pause the game by pressing space to set time to 0 .
