Some questions about NavMesh from the noob
I have 2 problems with nawigation mesh.
The first is that some parts of my road are not blue. Enemy can move in this area but is it a problem?
And I have nav mesh on the roof, but I don't need that. Should I remove it from the roof by marking it as non static, or it is not a problem?
And in general does NavMesh creates big CPU usage?

Not having part of your road blue could be a problem as it probably means that your agents will think there is an obstacle there and they cannot walk there. From what I can see of your scene I have no idea how that happened though...(it could also be a display error I suppose. Try testing how agents interact with that part of your mesh).
Having nav mesh on the roof will probably not be a problem but it kinda depends on your game. Can things end up on the roof in your game? If yes, what should happen when they do? (If no, it doesn't really matter if you leave it there or remove it.)
As for CPU usage, baking a NavMesh takes a lot of CPU. Which is why you do that offline instead of during runtime. Once it is baked however, the CPU usage is (relatively) small.
