Open .exe file

I don't want to have 2 unity3d .exe files at the same time open, if you look to other games you can't open 2 .exe that will cause a error message. But in unity3d you can I think it's of course for testing it...

Anybody knows how to fix this, because when I want to release a game I don't want to have this to happen.
