IOS and Android free? (till 8 April)

This might sound like a rather dumb question... but HERE it is said that till 8 April Unity iOS and Android version is free(!) What does this mean? I have Unity 3.1 indie, and we have been developing a game for past few months and initially we were thinking that first we would develop for the webplayer, and then later buy iOS or Android and publish them there.

My main question is that if I download them before 8 April, then can I publish my Android game on lets say for example, 5 May 2012?

Thanks in advance!

-Vatsal

Yes, you can. The license is lifetime (at least, for 3.X). "Buy" now and use whenever you like.
