Does Unity have scroll menu for smartphone?

Question

I'm developing application on android using Unity. I wonder if there are developed script or tools that can do the same scrolling effect like those on every smartphone (menu that can scroll up and scroll down by using your finger) Thanks

Thanks for the reply but it seems it is for PC not Smartphone. By smartphone I mean, for example, you can push with your finger on the touchscreen and the scroll bar with keep scrolling with deceleration, for which these effect are different from traditional scrollable GUI on PC.

I guess you mean with touch drag instead of side bar scroller.. here are examples of how you can add touch control to drag the menu:
