BoxCollider2Ds overlap each other

Hi,

Making simple tower game - goal to build highest tower by dropping blocks.

When there is 10+ boxcolliders in the stack, tower is tilting due to overlapping of colliders.

The problem was even more noticeable. When I decreased Baumgarte Time of Impact Scale(in Phycis2D Settings) it helps a lot, but problem still exists.

Here is screenshot of rigidbody settings:

What else can I do?

Position iteration (in Physics2D settings) fixed this issue, but raised another one. Blocks at the bottom start to slide from stack.

Another problem - after there 20+ blocks everything becomes laggy on mobile device. Only way I found to solve it - make lower block kinematic, but then user can build tower infinitely, because tower sway not increasing.

From what I have heard Lots of Colliders can cause lag as I have seen from other posts. I am guessing due to the Physics involved, its too much for the mobile processors.
