Point Cloud Data to Particle Mesh ?
Hi all, Currently, I'm working with a set of point cloud data (about 5 millions data) to generate a Mesh which I can get other objects to interact with it
My solution is to use the particle system to spawn a set of particles that use the point data as the position for each. By doing this, I can develop interaction effects between objects using the particle system
Am I doing this the right way (is using particle system a good choice ?, what choices do I have to handle the job?)
I did try to use PCX (https://github.com/keijiro/Pcx) but it seems like the only thing that I can do is to visualise the point cloud data inside Unity
