Webplayer with fileupload

Is it possible to make some kinda input similar to the Filebrowser input control from a normal HTML page?

Reason is that I would like to let the user select their own image for customization inside the Unity3D file. I will also upload this to a server after they have selected it, so their friends can see it.

Is this possible or does the user have to upload this outside the webplayer?

I know Flash allows Fileupload controls as well as Java does, but I cant figure out how to code this in Unity, even if I distribute the webplayer in Flash.
