Projector projects through game objects
I don't know if this is normal or not or if there is a way to prevent this but I noticed that my projectors are projecting onto objects that are behind or under the object they are supposed to project images onto. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere to either stop or adjust that??
Thanks Eric5h5, atleast now I know. However I don't think layers will help in my situation because I'm using the projector to project a blood splat mark onto the ground whenever an enemy character is killed. I only noticed today that if my enemy is killed on a platform that hovers above the ground that it my blood splat was also projected onto the ground below the platfrom... kinda stoopid six ways from Sunday if you ask me.

Yes, that's how projectors work. There's no concept of "behind" or "under"...projectors project onto whatever is in the projection frustum. You can potentially use layers to make projectors not project on certain things.
