Networking Tutorial connect online with NAT punchthrough problem

Hiya, I'm trying to get the network demo working using NAT punchthough to connect to my friends PC / he connects to mine but I'm getting the following in the console:

I read about it and some say I don't have NAT on my home router but it does and it's enabled so I'm not sure why this ain't working.
