Can't import Asset. Permission denied?

Good evening, I've recently purchased an Asset (RageSuite). When I tried to import it, I received the following errors:

Moving file failed:

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/73808474/Unity_Error_1.jpg

RageSuite not shown under Component:

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/73808474/Untity_Error_2.jpg

I've tried another approach by logging in as the Administrator (Gordon Freeman), created a new project in: C:\Users\Gordon Freeman\Documents\Unity\KIC

I've tried importing the asset again and got the exact same error. I've following the following troubleshooting but got the same error:

  • Uncheck the "Read Only" on the folder (KIC) and apply to subfolders/files.

  • Going to Control Panel->Indexing Options->Modify->Browse to KIC folder and unchecked it.

  • Right click on the project folder, select properties -> general -> advanced. Then click off "Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties"

  • Installed "Take Ownership" and followed the tutorial from http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html?ltr=T

I'm currently running Windows 7 64-bit with Unity 4. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
