UI 4.6 APK size problem : Sprite both in Atlas and Inspector
Hi everyone,
I'm facing an APK size optimization problem with Unity 4.6 and Sprite packer.
When I built my APK with my game all 4.6 UI, I noticed that the size of the APK increased (I used NGUI before).
I checked the imported files into the editor log, and I saw BOTH Atlas big files from Sprite Packer AND all the sprite I needed to change at runtime, because in Unity 4.6 you can't call a sprite from Atlas with its name but only with a reference to the sprite (so the reference is exported with the APK).
In NGUI, you only needed the Atlas and called the sprite with the name from them. No duplicate.
My question : Is there a way to avoid this sprite size duplicate in APK ?

PS : Yes, I know, I can use Resources.Load instead of link them into the inspector, but Resources folder is exported in the APK too so the problem is exactly the same with this method.
