Fragment shader alpha
Hello, I have just started trying to learn shader lab, I am trying to have a particles/additive shader that has a separate texture that can be overlaid.. The idea is to be able to overlay gradients and color textures to create different configurations without saving loads of separate textures.
I think I know how to edit the vertex shader lab, but I have not a clue about CG.
If anyone could help me with this I would be grateful!

I am not sure what happens in code, but if you have ever used photoshop or gimp, its the overlay layer mode.
I would just like a separate texture that has its color show on the first texture, but not actually show the whole texture. Sort of like a mask.
