Why is my terrain all grey?
I was trying to delete stuff to get rid of errors and it caused my terrain to become grey, along with trees and my road textures i had on mesh planes. What can I do to fix this? I HATE that it autosaves...
I backed up the project folder but when I loaded it on another computer to see if it worked, it just imported all the assets..
the textures for those things must have been deleted.
I had a similar error except $$anonymous$$e went hot pink. I just moved to a new computer. It shows all my materials in the project yet it doesn't actually attach to the objects.
From what I understand a path was messed up. $$anonymous$$aybe you did something similar!?
Hope you get it figured out.. If I some how stumble upon my answer I will tell you.
yes! I did that the last time and had to start all over. Now I may have to start over again :(
You could reassing the textures to the correct places and it should sort it self out.
@TheDarkVoid I actually was trying that manually. $$anonymous$$y problem somehow lies within the Library folder. I had a folder name "library" under project name and then another within the Asset folder. It worked on my old comp now it won't work.
So that dear library folder is the key to my problems..somehow.

You should be able to restore everything you deleted from the Project folder, as long as you haven't emptied your Trash. It should all be in there.
