want open source unity3d game + explaination document

hi am am new in gaming . i tried hard to understand some of the open source games provided by unity . but game logic is little bit complex. many times i found hard to understand what is going on . so want to refer some books of pdf that i can come across the detailed explanation about game building procedure. and game logical part. please... help me , will be thankful for that...
