Controllable boat script

There used to be a car boat plane tutorial office on infiniteunity3d.com but that site seems to be no more. Does anyone know where I can find a boat example? Free or paid asset.

There are resources out there. Simple search on UA forums turned one up: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/sailing-ship-control.2278/

This is not a simple thing (depending on your requirements) so post your own question rather than necro bump one from 2012.
