You will have to make the game again, because Unity does not use the Android SDK, but its own API.
Some parts could be reused though (AI algorithm for example), but will need to be adapted.
edit: you have better chance to get some tips using the Unity Forums.
If I compile my Java code into a dll, then can i use it with Unity? Has anyone tried this?

To answer you question: Java can't be used in Unity. Java uses it's own virtual machine to execute Java byte code. Unity is using $$anonymous$$ono / .NET and the supported languages in Untiy are C#, UnityScript(a Javascript-based language) and Boo (a python-based language). You can use any .NET / $$anonymous$$ono assembly in Unity as long as the version is compatible. That means any .NET / $$anonymous$$ono / CIL language
ps. i've converted your answer into a comment.
