PS3 controller, bluetooth and Unity.

So, Something I've been curious about is if i were to develop a game using a bluetooth adapter to use my PS3 game-pad on my PC, even if i use a third-party software driver to have it interface with my computer will i still be able to use it to develop a unity game that would be compatible with the native PS3 controller inputs?
