Car Tutorial error: the reference script on the Behavior is missing

What does this mean. I can not play the game. I press play and all I see is a big blue screen and these purple squares on the side that are getting bigger and smaller. The tutorial does not work. I already downloaded it again, but it does not work. HELP!!!???!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!
