Remote in Unity 3?
Does Unity Remote Server start as soon as I run an iPhone-project in U3, or how do you start it?
And does the current Unity Remote app that is downloadable from App Store work with U3 as well?
Ive tried but for me it aint working..
Perhaps no remote is included in the beta, and will only be available for those that have the iphone license (which I do, of course)? But that doesnt explain why included in the downloadable files a unity remote project was added.
Ill try and compile that project and see if there is any difference between it and the one available already on app store - perhaps that will connect to the remote (if its actually running)..

Unity 3 requires a special Unity Remote version. New Unity Remote is not compatible with Unity iPhone 1.7. And old Unity Remote is not compatible with Unity 3.
Newer Unity Remote is available to beta testers only.

Yep, need to build that project because its a different remote.
Also, you need to set the project to an iphone-project in: File > Build Settings > (choose iPhone etc) > Switch Platform.
