Import Glass Square into Unity (Cinema 4d, fbx)
Hey guys, I'm new to Unity and have a question about importing an .fbx object with alpha material into Unity.
So i'm creating a 3d pong game in unity similar to the one shown here: http://www.freegames.ws/games/free_online_games/pong_game/3d_game.htm
It is critical that the player can be able to see through their paddle so they can see the 3D ball approaching. I achieved this effect in Cinema 4d here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pxzf5tkqga5x95t/Grid%20Photo.png?dl=0
But when I export the .fbx file into Unity, the texture is gone, and I'm just left with a plane object with no texture. What do I need to do to achieve this effect in unity?

Transparency is derived from the shader. http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/shader-TransparentFamily.html
