Maya FBX character's float above ground. How to fix?
So I'm fixing these animations for a game in Maya. I import the original FBX files into Maya that needed to be adjusted, adjusted them and then exported them as Maya 2013 FBX files for Unity. The issue is though that When I try and re-import them to Unity, suddenly the characters are four feet above the ground when I look at them in a test scene and use the Animator built into each one.
I'm really puzzled about what's going on. I'm pretty sure it's an exporting issue with Maya, but I have no idea. Someone help.
