Conflict between prefabs or scripts when importing unity package

The scenario is like this:

  1. There is a Unity project A, containing a prefab AA.
  2. Export AA as unity package and import it to project B.
  3. Make modification to AA in project B.
  4. Export AA from project B and import it into project A
  5. The package importer says prefab AA in project A will be replaced by AA in that package.

Is there any method to import AA back to project A without replacing that original one in A?
