OnCollisionEnter When isTrigger = false
I want to check when an object that is not a trigger hits another object that is not a trigger. How can I do that?

OnCollisionEnter is a good function to use if both objects have colliders

If IsTrigger is false then it's just a normal collider, in which case OnCollisionEnter will do the job. Scripting Reference

Adding to previous answers, you should check whether the collision detection is possible by reading about Collision action matrix on this page: http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/Manual/Physics.html
