NavMesh: Is it possible for NPCs to navigate on destructible structures?
Hey Community!
Because Unity doesn't do any dynamic navmeshing that I am aware of (can only bake in editor). Can I even utilize NPCs to walk in/on destructible buildings? I don't have anything too complex, just shaped some cubes to form walls/floors/beams with rigidbodies that can collapse. But because of then the navmesh being unable to 'bake' in real time, once the walls/floors collapse, the navmesh does not get updated so the NPC still thinks the structure is fully intact when its really a pile of rubble? Correct?
Just wanted to confirm and/or see if there was some kind of work-around. Thanks!
