MonoDevelop can't support Unicode?
It seems Monodevelop only support ASCII, from my point, today any IDE could support Unicode, so people could input any languages they want. Chinese could input Chinese string, Japanese could input Japanese string. Why MonoDevelop can NOT???

If you aren’t seeing non-ASCII characters showing up correctly, then it sounds like you need to change the character encoding of your files, in the Save As... and/or File to Open (File/Open... menu item) dialog boxes.
