Wall Issue

I dont think i've seen anything about this issue i'm having. but this is a video of whats going on. Youtube Vid of Error click here.

Basically I keep getting weird results when something touches a red wall. (color really doesnt matter, just easier to specify whats wrong). Has everyone encountered this before? should I just remake the wall?
