Models appear in Mac build but not in Windows built
I'm sorry if this is a basic problem with answers everywhere, but I can't find any no matter what I search.
I have a simple scene set up with a model. When I compile on Mac, it shows up. When I compile on Windows, there's nothing. I'm using Blender to model things. I don't really know what's going on here. The screenshots are of a brand new project with entirely default settings.

It might be because Apple is less open to windows than windows is to apple
