Monodevelop crash when I try to open a new c# file, created on unity.

Question

I have Unity Personal 5.3.2f1 64bits on my Windows 8.1 computer, and I use monodevelop 5.9.6 which is implemented in unity.

Recently, when I create a new c# file on unity, and when I open it, Monodevelop crash on loading this new file. If i create this new file on the Monodevelop interace, it works...

But.. I can open without problems older files on Monodevelop or Unity tree project.

Deleting all of the folders in C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Roaming\MonoDevelop-Unity-5.0\ fixed this for me:

It will reset any settings in MonoDevelop, but it lets you open newly created files again.
