Start with the beginner modules, then move onto intermediate. Once you've done all the videos you'll feel a lot more confident.
is there a section on that website for c sharp? because i want to learn c sharp first, are they similar?
C# is often posted in the comments. But they really are similar. You should learn both languages if you want to become an overall Unity guru :) As an etension to each exercise try converting it to C#.
BurgZergArcade is a youtuber who does provide some basic, simple scripts. It's easy to follow along and he explains quite well.
