Multiple Projects share Quality Settings?

Is it possible to export and import the player quality settings between multiple projects?

Which metadata file contains the unity3d quality settings in a project?

Explanation... I have multiple projects for different uses: Asset importing and testing project; script testing and debugging project; the main project for builds and publishing; and other peripheral helper tool projects. In order to get consistent look and feel the quality settings are being tweaked and changed and refined all the time in addition to other scripts which will allow the player to adjust camera toggles like SSAO effect, anti-aliasing, bloom and motion blur, etc. But tweaking these settings for each quality level for each project wastes a large chunk of my work time. It would be of great convenience if my project quality settings could be shared between these multiple projects. Sharing scripts and assets in unity is no problem at all, but what about the metadata stored quality settings?
