Switch to the next round only works in the editor.
var levelLoaded : int;
function OnTriggerEnter(other : Collider){
if(other.gameObject.name == "Cube"){
Application.LoadLevel(levelLoaded);
}
}
In the editor, my game works and goes to the next round. If I save a game Swf to the next round will not switch.

I've never done an SWF build, but with other platforms, you have to include all your scenes in the build:
