can i published a manual in youtube (or similar)?
I was thinking in make a great video game about how to made a video so i want to know if i can use a record and other images of unity 3d free.
It also be helpful t know the same with 3ds max and mono-development.
Yes, under international copyright you can make videos on how to do anything.
There's no such thing as "international copyright". $$anonymous$$ost Intellectual Property laws acknowledge a concept of "fair use", under which one is allowed to reproduce copyrighted materials for purposes of education, say, but this most certainly does not cover "videos on how to do anything".
It's very unlikely that the makers of Unity, 3DS Max, or Mono would seek to prevent users from creating YouTube videos about their products, but it's perfectly within their legal rights to do so.
Anyway, this is a forum for technical support using Unity. If you have a legal question, you are best consulting a lawyer.
