Music from the ASSET STORE and Let's Play Videos - Content Identy - Copyright? SCAM or FINE?
Hello, I need answers.
I purchased this Asset long time ago https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/20997
It has been fine for almost two years. Since today more than 1000+ Videos have been FLAGGED ON YOUTUBE from me and my users.
Is this Copyright Claim, correct or not?
ANd NO, I do not distribute any Music in the Game, I simply used it as background music, together with other music.
Disputes of my users have been even not approved.
Are those claims 100% correct?
According to this posts and to my understanding of the Unity Euler
http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/342714/use-of-asset-store-assests-in-commercial-game.html
https://unity3d.com/legal/as_terms
Licensor grants to the END-USER a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetu- al license to the Asset to integrate Assets only as incorporated and embed- ded components of electronic games and interactive media and distribute such electronic game and interactive media. END-USER may otherwise not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or lend the Assets.
It's 100% fine to create Let's play Videos out of this game. And of course that game does not distribute anything.

The wording of your question doesn't make clear who actually claims copyright and who has received the disputes. Several of your sentences say that you (and your users) have claimed copyright while i think you mean the opposite: that you have received copyright claims, right?
First of all you should understand that copyright is a local right and each country has different copyright laws.
Second is that you do distribute the music, so your statement "you don't distribute anything" is just wrong. However as you have correctly cited the assetstore lisense allows you to "integrate Assets [...in...] electronic games and interactive media and [to] distribute such electronic game and interactive media".
Distributing "Let's Play" videos without the consense of the right owner is actually is a copyright infringement. However in this case the right owner on the game content is you, the game creator. So you could claim copyright if someone creates and distributes a video with your game content. Though since you don't have the copyright on the music you can't claim copyright for it. You only have a non-exclusive license to use the music in your games.
Most game studios / publisher "allow" Let's Play videos. The US copyright law also has the "fair use" clause, but that only applies to US copyright. It usually depends on the laws of the country where the right owner lives / comes from.
On the bottom line all I can say is that I'm are not a lawyer so i can't give any legal advice. However I would say that if you are OK if someone makes a video with your game content there shouldn't be a problem. Though that's just my opinion.
If you need legal advice you should contact a lawyer and / or Unity. If you received a dispute try to contact the right owner who filed the dispute. If it gets more serious i strongly recommend a lawyer.

sorry, If I confused you!
yes, I am the Developer of that game. and yes, I am totally fine when other people/users are playing my game and uploading and sharing it on any video platform.
Bascially my users got Copyright Claims and even I got Copyright claims from the same person GT-K. It's the same person who sells it on Unity Asset Store https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/20997

I kinda agree but also disagree.
Well, I am using it in a videogame, same as I use other assets, 3d models and textures. The files are all compiled therefore I am pretty sure I dont "distribute", because distribute means sharing the raw files in this case the mp3 files and I dont do this.
Otherwise shipping a compiled game would also means "distribute" and it would be not allowed.
anyhow I am glad I could hear another people's opinion.
Looks like I am on the right side and the YouTube Content Identity System does support Scammers!
I wrote the Unity Asset Store Support and I will wait for their answer before I try to reach YouTube/Google
