Receive UDP Messages in Browser plugin.

Is it possible to receive UDP message in browser?

Currently I have a project listening to 127.0.0.1: and have a simple program sending UDP message to 127.0.0.1:. Running this in the Unity project window works great! I'm now wanting to get this same project working in a Web build.

Is something like this possible? I can't find anything talking about UDP listeners in browser limitations.
