assetdatabase3 is corrupted...

i got the following error:

Fatal Error!

The file 'library/assetdatabase3' is corrupted! Remove it and launch unity again! [Position out of bounds!]

So I removed it. It generated a new one, and unity opened. However, one of my scenes is now completely empty. Is there anyway to recover that scene or uncorrupt the original assetdatabase3 file?
