Is using MonoDevelop worth it if you are writing in JavaScript and using Unity iPhone?
Can you use MonoDevelop for writing JS code in Unity iPhone? How would you set it up? Do you get features such as code completion and auto indenting, etc? Also, and most importantly, can I get inline documentation similar to this? I am looking for something a bit nicer than Unitron to write my code in and help to manage my project. Thanks.

I'm sure you can use MonoDevelop to write JavaScript code, but it is not JavaScript-aware. So I'm guessing probably won't see any benefit over other text editors (unless you are planning to switch to C# at some point.)
The Unity Wiki has a useful page summarizing the available editors, which languages each supports, and what platforms each runs on. For JavaScript on a Mac, looks like the contenders are TextMate and Unitron.
Yeah, went with Text$$anonymous$$ate, the tab completion is nice, although i REALLY want the Intellisense functionality of $$anonymous$$onoDevelop, it would make writing code sooo much faster.
Just a comment that this question and answer predates Unity 3. It refers to using $$anonymous$$onoDevelop as an external text editor, not the new ability to use $$anonymous$$onoDevelop as the Unity source level debugger.
@Bampf: does that mean $$anonymous$$onoDevelop is now "JavaScript-aware"?
