Rotation in animation problem

When I enter the animation window so I can animate the reloading for my gun, when I start animating and change position of my hands by rotating them, and when it's all set up I play it and instead of my hands going where I set, they just do a super fast flip and spin out of control and slowly go back into position near the end of the animation?!?!?!

Check your animation window again you will probably find a curve that is way to long and is rotating by 360 or more.. Have the same problem sometimes aswell.
