Camera orbit around clicked position

Hello everyone.

I'm looking for a way to make my camera orbit a location while holding the middle mouse button.

Here is the idea:

I click and hold the middle mouse button.

When moving the mouse left and right (while still holding the middle moue), The camera should orbit the position on the Y axis.

When releasing the middle mouse, the camera should stay where it is and not go back to original position.
