How to completely or partially change an objects model when hit by a raycast in a certain spot
The tittle is a bit confusing, Ideally when the raycast (Bullet) hits the center (stomatch) of the enemy model (a humanoid) I'd like there to be notable damage around the stomach. To do this, i assume i'd need to change the entire objects model into another one that is the same however with damage around the stomach.
Any ideas/suggestions? :D

It really depends what you want to achieve. If you want the hit spot to be different than object texture, e.g. bloody, then you might consider instantiating simple object with a proper texture there. I suggest taking a look at this question, as well as links in accepted answer.
