How do I controlling character
Can you please explain me pursuing that I used Blender for make my human model after that I want to make a program just like character controlling (I want to call that model using my program for make changes to model like when I input my chest size model should be change by my chest size) this approach is possible using unity???
This is a fairly complicated question. There are rigs for doing this in Blender, but they're really sophisticated. It's possible, but hard.
Unity doesn't naturally supports blending between meshes. It's possible to manipulate vertices, however.
You can perhaps write a script to move the vertices between two(or more) matrices of different meshes and then at certain intervals switch between different bone weights (to keep it balanced with the mesh etc.) or even switch the entire mesh altogether. And then also move the nearby vertices to keep the mesh stitched together.
tl;dr, it's possible in theory but quite hard in practice.
