Unity Free custom web player loader screen

Hi all,

I'm new to Unity Free and I am trying to work out how I can make a web player loading screen in unity 3 for a browser based application. I thought this was not possible in unity free until I came across http://www.wooglie.com/ if you look at one of their games you will see that they have a loading screen which from my understanding downloads the .unity3d file.

So I was wondering how wooglie make this loader screen for games that have been made in unity free as only unity pro supports editing the loader screen. For games made in Unity free the loader screen looks something like this.

If any body has any ideas please respond. Your help will be greatly appreciated ;)
