How do I move the Asset Folder to another drive?

I run Unity off of my SSD but I don't want it filled with assets. I would like to have my Asset folder on my HDD. Under Edit->Preferences I was expecting to find an option to set the path for downloaded assets but it is not the case.

A quick search of the website brings up nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
