Hovering Car Script
Does anyone know how to program a hover car(without wheels) to float off the ground a set amount and go in the direction used on the key board? I'm still not too familiar with movement scripts in general.

Make sure to make the car object a rigidbody. Then you can add relative forces onto it via scripts. If you want it to hover a certain distance from the ground you can do a raycast from the car to the ground to determine the height off the ground and adjust the relative force up accordingly.

If you want your hover car to behave like a normal car but just without wheels, simply make a normal car and not put any visual wheels on it. The rest of it is visual flair. You can then animate your car body to slightly bob up and down to look more floaty. You can put a particle effect under the car to simulate dist blowing away.
Be sure to look at the unity car tutorial: http://unity3d.com/support/resources/tutorials/car-tutorial
I did look at that script but I'm not exactly sure how the script breaks down towards movement.
