Can you have a scrollview inside a textfield?

Hey everyone. Title says it all. I can use scrollview fine but I want a textfield to have a scrollview "inside" of itself so as the user inputs large amounts of text they can scroll up through it.

Is it possible? And did I just blindly miss some documentation cause I spent a day looking? Not looking for anyone to right me a script, just want to know what to do or where to look.
