GUI Button not work in Dev Build

I made a gui scene for my game and decided to use a button to load my main scene. In the editor I could click it just fine and it would load my other scene. However when I made a development build and tested it in there it didn't work. My toggles worked fine, it was just the button. I don't think the button is even being clicked and I want to know why this is happening and if anyone has a solution.
