Show Files/Folders in a Folder When typing in a text field

If you had a gui text field and when you pressed a button it would create whats in it from a resources. o you would have a resources folder and if inside of it it said folder1/file so when you typed in it it would say the folder on the top. Then if you typed folder1 it would then underneath it show file?
