Animation layers: Am i limited to only one layer per animation?
Like the question above, i'd like to know if Unity (or game programming itself) limits the number of layers that can be applied to an animation segment (either unique or declared) for things such as blending.
To note, i'm also using the Playmaker add on so i'm trying to ferret out whether this is a Unity thing, a Game-dev thing or a Playmaker thing.
so, are you coding in your animation scripts manually? are you limited to one animation layer per clip? are you a game-dev from another engine or your own engine? are you also limited to one layer per clip? are you a Playmaker dev? again, one layer per clip?
i've been able to get the system i'm working on to perform as i had hoped it would but this still leaves me with this question that i'd like to know the answer to.
To note, this is using the Legacy system and not $$anonymous$$ecanim. I'm not versed enough in $$anonymous$$ecanim yet and the integration to the visual scripting utility i'm using (Playmaker) is ongoing so it's not been officially linked up yet.
